EVERY ORDER. ONE LIST.
LiveOrder management system for every channel you sell on
Tillo puts website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and in-store orders in one list. Your team confirms, packs, ships and prints from the same screen, and stock follows every sale.
The problem
Your orders live in five places
A customer orders on Instagram. Another sends a WhatsApp voice note. A third calls the shop. Your website sends its own emails. By evening you are scrolling through chats to work out what was confirmed, what was packed and who still owes cash on delivery.
Mistakes hide in that mess. The wrong size ships. An order is confirmed twice. A return comes back and nobody records it. Each slip costs you money and a customer who may not come back.
You should not have to remember orders. Your system should hold them for you, in order, with nothing missing.

Questions
Which channels can orders come from?
Website orders arrive in Tillo automatically. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone, in-store and other orders are logged by your team. Tillo does not read your chats for you today; a person enters the order, and it takes seconds.
How is delivery tracked?
Every order carries a delivery status and a tracking number your team types in, with a timeline of each change. Direct integration with shipping companies is coming soon.
How are payments recorded?
Tillo supports cash on delivery, InstaPay, mobile wallet and cash. Your staff confirm each payment by hand on the order, and the Cash to collect view shows what is still owed.
Is everything in Arabic?
Yes. Tillo is fully bilingual and right-to-left, with Arabic as the default. Invoices and packing slips print in Arabic or English, whichever the customer needs.
