What does the free market audit include?
Five quick questions on the site: your industry, where you sell, your order volume, your biggest headache and a short check of the basics. You see your first market map right away, with the findings that matter most for you. Then we complete the full audit with you over WhatsApp or on a 20-minute call. No commitment and nothing to pay.
Do I need all three units?
No. Every plan starts from your audit, and the audit tells us what you actually need. Some owners start with marketing, some with a chatbot, some with Tillo. You take what moves your business now and add the rest when it makes sense.
Does the AI speak Egyptian Arabic?
Yes. Our chatbots and voice agents speak Egyptian Arabic, the way your customers write and talk, and switch to English when the customer does. When a question needs a person, the AI hands the conversation to your team with the full context, so the customer never repeats themselves.
Does Tillo work with my current website?
Tillo connects to a website through its storefront connection. Your site reads products, prices and stock from Tillo and sends orders back, with stock reserved automatically. Harb builds that connection for you. Tell us what your site runs on in the audit and we will confirm the approach.
How long until I go live?
It depends on the scope: a chatbot, a shoot, a Tillo setup and a full plan each take a different time. After your free audit you get a fixed quote with a timeline, so you know your go-live date before you commit.
How much does it cost?

Where do you work?
We are based in Cairo and work with businesses across Egypt. The audit and most of the work happen over WhatsApp and calls, and we meet in person when the project needs it.
What happens after I submit the form?
We message you on WhatsApp within 15 minutes to book your audit call. On the call we go through your answers, complete your market map and agree the next step. No obligation.
Do you run the ads for me, or train my team to do it?
Either. We can run your marketing end to end, or set the strategy and train your team to run it. The audit shows which fits your team and your budget, and the plan says clearly who does what.
Do you shoot in a studio or on location?
Both. Some products sell best on a clean studio background, others in your shop, your showroom or on a real site. We decide the setting with you in the shot list, based on where the photos will be used.
Does my team need training to use Tillo?
A short one. Tillo is built for shop staff: Arabic by default, lookup by phone number, barcode scanning and a clear view for each job. Harb sets up your account, enters the first products with you and walks your team through their daily routine before you go live.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data stays yours. Your shop's records are kept separate from every other shop in Tillo, and every change is logged. If you decide to leave, we agree a handover of your products, customers and orders with you, and close the account when you ask.
