Questions
Does Tillo work with the barcodes already on my products?
Yes. Each variant carries its own barcode, and staff scan it with the phone camera to add items to an order or adjust stock. No dedicated scanner needed. Label printing is coming soon.
Can staff see my cost prices?
No. Cost prices are owner-only. Managers and staff get the role you give them, per branch, and every change is in the activity log.
Is there a POS screen?
Not yet. In-store sales are logged as orders today, with invoice printing. The cashier screen is coming soon and we say so until it ships.
