Who we are

What we collect
When you send a form we collect your name, your WhatsApp number, optional business details, your audit answers, the page you were on, your language, and, if you consented to marketing, campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters and click IDs. We record your consent text, version and time. When you click a WhatsApp button we store a short reference code with the page and campaign source so sales can match the chat to its origin.
Why
To reply to your request, book your call, send your audit, and, only with your separate consent, send occasional marketing messages. Analytics, when you accept them, help us improve the site.
Who processes it
Our hosting, database, email, WhatsApp messaging and, after consent, analytics and advertising providers process data on our behalf. The list, with each provider's role and region, is kept in our processor register and available on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. We delete by phone number across all our stores.
Legal basis
Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations. This notice will be finalized after legal review.
