KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE. SELL IT.
LiveInventory software Egypt shop owners can finally trust
Tillo tracks stock per variant per branch: on hand, reserved and available. Your team scans, adjusts with a reason, and sees what is low or sold out before a customer asks.
The problem
The stock count you cannot trust
You think you have three of the black medium. The shelf says one. The website sold two overnight and the store sold one this morning. Nobody knows which number is right.
So you oversell and apologise. Or you stop promoting a product that is actually sitting in the second branch. Either way, the money leaks quietly.
Counting in a notebook or a spreadsheet works until the day you have two branches and three sales channels. Then it breaks, and it breaks on your busiest day.
What you get
What you get
- 01
Stock per variant per branch
Every size and colour has its own count in every branch: on hand, reserved for open orders, and available to sell. Variants can share one count when they should.
- 02
Views that point at the problem
Low stock, Sold out, Needs review and Not counted. A reorder level on each variant tells Tillo when to flag it.
- 03
Adjust with a reason, undo if wrong
Every change asks for a reason and lands in the audit log with the name of who made it. Made a mistake? Undo it.
- 04
Camera barcode scanning
Point the phone camera at the barcode to find the variant and move its stock. No extra hardware to buy.
- 05
Works without internet
Stock moves are saved on the device when the connection drops and synced when it returns. Receiving in a basement store still gets recorded.
- 06
Bulk editing for price and stock
A spreadsheet-style editor updates prices and stock across many products at once. Season change in minutes, not an afternoon.
How it works
- 01
We load your catalogue
Harb sets up your products, options, variants, barcodes and reorder levels with you, branch by branch, before you go live.
- 02
Stock moves with every sale
Website and logged orders reserve and deduct stock the moment they are saved, so the count follows the sale.
- 03
Your team scans and adjusts
Receiving, damage, corrections: scan, pick a reason, done. Offline if the signal is bad.
- 04
You watch the views
Low stock and Sold out tell you what to reorder and what to stop promoting. Needs review catches what looks wrong.

Questions
What happens if the internet drops while we are counting?
Stock moves are saved on the device and synced to Tillo when the connection returns. Your team keeps scanning and adjusting; nothing is lost.
Can I move stock between branches?
Each branch has its own count today, and your team adjusts it with a reason. A transfer screen between branches and a dedicated stocktake screen are coming soon.
Who can see cost prices?
The owner only. Managers and staff see selling prices, stock and the views they need to do their job.
Can I import my stock from Excel?
CSV and Excel import and export are coming soon. Today Harb loads your catalogue with you during setup, and the bulk editor updates price and stock across many products at once.
