KNOW EVERY CUSTOMER. BY NAME.
LiveCRM for small business Egypt: every customer, by phone number
Tillo keeps one record per customer, keyed by phone number: addresses, tags, notes, WhatsApp consent, every order and total spent. Basic by design, and it builds itself every time your team logs an order.
The problem
Your best customers are hiding in your chats
She has ordered four times this year. Your team only knows because someone remembers her voice notes. Her address is in one chat, her size in another, and her last complaint in a third.
When a customer comes back, you start from zero. When one goes quiet, nobody notices. You pay for ads to find new buyers while the ones who already trust you drift away.
A CRM should not be one more system to fill in. It should build itself from the orders you already take.
What you get
What you get
- 01
One record per phone number
Customers are found or created by phone number the moment an order is logged. Name, addresses, tags, notes and WhatsApp consent live on the card.
- 02
Order history and total spent
Every order from every channel on one card, with its status and payments, plus total spent to date. You see the whole relationship before you reply.
- 03
Views that sort your customers
All, repeat, recent, lapsed and no orders. See who buys again and who has gone quiet, without building a report.
- 04
Tags and notes your team reads
Mark a VIP, a wholesale buyer or a size preference. Notes stay on the card for whoever picks up the next order.
- 05
WhatsApp, one tap away
Open the customer's WhatsApp chat from the order, with their history in front of you, and answer like you remember them. Because now you do.
How it works
- 01
Harb sets up your shop
We create your account, branches and team with the right roles. There is no public sign-up; we walk you in.
- 02
Customers appear as you sell
Each order logged by phone number finds or creates the customer. No separate data entry, no second screen.
- 03
Your team adds the details
Addresses, tags, notes and WhatsApp consent, added as they learn them, in the flow of a normal conversation.
- 04
You read the views
Repeat, recent, lapsed. Decide who to thank, who to call and who to win back this week.

Questions
Is this a full CRM?
It is a basic one, on purpose. Phone-based records, addresses, tags, notes, WhatsApp consent, order history, total spent and five views. Customer segments, merging duplicate customers and discount codes are coming soon.
Can Tillo send WhatsApp messages to customers?
Not yet. Tillo stores WhatsApp consent and opens the chat for your team. Automated WhatsApp messages are not built; Harb AI & Innovation builds WhatsApp chatbots as a separate service.
Is each shop's data kept separate?
Yes. Every shop's data is separated at the database level. Every record carries a full audit log and timeline. Staff sign in with an emailed code; owners use a password plus an authenticator app.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Tillo is fully bilingual and right-to-left, Arabic by default. Customer names, addresses and notes can be in either language.
How pricing works
Packages are tailored. After your free audit you get a fixed quote and timeline before you commit.
